I raise Scottish Highland Cattle, as well as some Highland crossbred cattle. Highlands are the ideal beef for small, less than ideal S.W. Mo. acreages. Plus, the beef these cattle provide is lower in fat and cholesterol, yet higher in protein and iron than the popular breeds of today. Raise or purchase the beef that can clear your small acreage, tastes better and is better for you.
