We are an Old Fashion Butcher Shop and Processing company that has been in the business of processing locally grown beef, pork, lamb, goat, buffalo for nearly 40 years. We are the Market Manager for Springfield.LocallyGrown.net. We will process your own animal or can hook you up with a local producer if you can’t find one here in our list of farmers. We have been promoting locally grown meats for many years and this is a natural fit for us because sustaining local foods is our primary goal and always has been. We have coolers and freezers to hold product if needed.
